Adding notes to support staff
The "Notes to support staff" option allows you to add notes which will be visible to our support staff, whenever an end-customer of yours posts a support request to our support team. To add notes to support staff regarding a particular hosting account, you need to go to the Manage section of the hosting account, click on the "Account Notes" link, type your notes in the "Notes to support staff" text field, and click the "Save notes" button.
