Domain transfer for standalone domains
To create a payment request for a standalone domain name transfer, you need to select the TLD in the Standalone Domain section under New Service, and click the Add item button.
Scroll down, specify the domain name under Domain Configuration and click Search. Click the Transfer button for the domain name under Search result. A Transfer information subsection will show up. You have to enter the domain authorization code/EPP key in the corresponding text field and click Apply.
Some Top Level Domains require additional configuration for registration or transfer. A TLD-specific Data subsection will show up for such domain names. Once you add the required details, click the Apply button, and finally, click the Create button.
Domain transfer for main and parked domains
If the domain that you would like to transfer is already parked to a hosting account, type or paste the domain name into the Existing Hosting Account section, and then select the Add Resource" action. Select the TLD under either Discounted Domains or Extra Domains, and click the Add item button.
Scroll down, specify the domain name under Domain Configuration and click Search. Click the Transfer button for the domain name under Search result. A Transfer information subsection will show up. You have to enter the domain authorization code/EPP key in the corresponding text field and click Apply.
Some Top Level Domains require additional configuration for registration or transfer. A TLD-specific Data subsection will show up for such domain names. Once you add the required details, click the Apply button, and finally, click the Create button.
New order for SSL certificate
To create a payment request for a new SSL certificate for an existing hosting account, type or paste the domain name into the Existing Hosting Account section, and then select the Add Resource action. Select the desired certificate provider and product under SSL Certificate, and click the Add item button.
Scroll down to the SSL Configuration section, and configure your new certificate. Once you add the required details, click the Apply button, and finally, click the Create button.
Renewal for SSL certificate
To renew an existing SSL certificate, type or paste the domain name into the Existing SSL Certificate section, and then select the Renew action. By default, the certificate will be renewed with its existing configuration information. If you would like to change it, click the configuration (gear icon) button next to the certificate renewal item in the Order Items list, and make the necessary changes. Once you are ready, click the Apply button, and finally, click the Create button.
Upgrade hosting account
To create a payment request for an upgrade to a different plan, type or paste the domain name into the Existing Hosting Account section, and then select the Upgrade action. Scroll down to the Upgrade Configuration section, and select the desired plan from the New plan drop-down menu, then click the Apply button.
You should note that if there are multiple choices available in the New plan menu, the customer submitting the payment will be able to choose between them. If you would like to lock this payment request for a particular plan instead, mark the Lock item selections checkbox, and click the Create button.
Migrate hosting account
To create a payment request for an account migration to a different data center, type or paste the domain name into the Existing Hosting Account section, and then select the Migrate action. Scroll down to the Migration Configuration section, and select the desired data center and plan from the New plan drop-down menu, then click the Apply button.
You should note that if there are multiple choices available in the New plan menu, the customer submitting the payment will be able to choose between them. If you would like to lock this payment request for a particular data center and plan instead, mark the Lock item selections checkbox, and click the Create button.
