The WordPress Plugin tab provides information on installing the ICDSoft Reseller Store plugin to your WordPress website and using it.

Installing the WordPress plugin

You can install the ICDSoft Reseller Store plugin through your WordPress Dashboard -> Plugins > Add New, search for icdsoft, and install the plugin.

Alternatively, you can download the ICDSoft Reseller Store plugin from WordPress.org and install it manually.

Placing order forms on your website

Once you have installed and activated the plugin, you can add order forms on your website by adding short codes directly in your WordPress posts/pages.

Supported shortcodes

The following shortcodes are supported:

  • [hostingorder] places a hosting order form on your post/page. It allows visitors to order hosting plans that are enabled for your online store, and register a domain with the hosting plan from the TLDs enabled for your online store. You can find the full list of TLDs that we offer and you can resell at https://www.icdsoft.com/en/domain-pricing-list.

  • [domaincheck] places a domain check form on your post/page. It allows visitors to check the availability of domains from the TLDs that are enabled for your online store.

  • [certificates] places an SSL certificate order form on your post/page. It allows visitors to order any of the commercial SSL certificates enabled for your online store. The full list of SSL certificates that you can reseller from us is available at https://www.icdsoft.com/en/ssl#commercial-ssl.

  • [plan_info plan="Product Name" location="Data Center"] displays a table with detailed information for a specific product. The Product Name can take one of the following values – economy, business, business-plus, economy-sureapp, business-sureapp, firstclass, or firstclass-ultimate. Data Center can take one of the following values – eu, us, or hk.

    For example, the following shortcode will display a table with the characteristics of the Economy plan at the Neterra (EU) data center:

  • [compare_plans location="Data Center"] displays a comparison table of the hosting plans for the specified data center. Data Center can take one of the following values – eu, us, or hk.

    For example, the shortcode below shows a comparison table of the hosting plans activated at the CenturyLink (US) data center:

    The number of plans displayed per row is controlled from the Settings menu of the plugin. The default value is "3".

 Connecting the plugin to your online store

Existing resellers that have manually created their online store would have to connect to it by entering its Authentication Key and HMAC Secret at the plugin’s Settings menu. You can obtain the Authentication Key and HMAC Secret for your online store through the ICDSoft Account Panel > Online Stores > Management > Edit (for the store in question) > Main Settings > API settings.

Your online store would be connected automatically if you signed up for a reseller account through the Welcome screen shown upon activating the plugin.
