For the convenience of our business partners, agencies, and freelancers, we have added two new features which can help you build your brand identity and better connect with your clients.

Doing Business As

This feature allows you to show custom contact information in the hosting Control Panel - the place your customers visit the most while managing their hosting services.

Now you can show to some (or all) of your clients specific contact details or a custom message in their Control Panel. For example, you can ask your clients to contact your billing department, or show them a personalized message on how they can contact you with any questions about billing issues such as service upgrades and account renewals.

You can set custom contact information globally, as well as on a per-hosting-account basis. Whether a certain account can see the custom contact information depends on its client management configuration.

Spanish Now Available

The ICDSoft Account Panel is now available in Spanish! We hope this addition would greatly improve the user experience for all Spanish speakers. It should also help our reseller and affiliate partners who already have Spanish-speaking clients, or are targeting a Spanish-speaking client base.
