We have introduced a new feature to simplify the process of setting up mailboxes on Apple devices such as iPhones, iPads, and Macs. The feature is called "Apple device configuration", and it allows users to generate a mailbox configuration profile, eliminating the need for manual configuration.

Rather than manually entering various mail settings, users can now simply fill in their name, select a mailbox, choose a protocol (IMAP or POP3), and then download the configuration profile. This profile can be easily installed on an Apple device, requiring only the input of the mailbox password.

The Apple device configuration option was already present in Webmail Classic, and it has now been extended to the hosting Control Panel and Roundcube Webmail. More information on how to set up a mailbox on an Apple device using a configuration profile is available in our documentation:
