To perform bulk actions for multiple email accounts:

  1. Go to the Mail Manager section.
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the email accounts you want to modify.
  3. Scroll down below the list, and click on Please choose next toWith the selected mailboxes, do.
  4. Choose the desired action from the drop-down menu.Bulk actions

Once you select an action from the drop-down, the next step will depend on the type of action:

  • For configuration changes, a new page will open where you can apply the settings to all selected mailboxes.
  • For creating backups, the process will begin immediately.
  • For deleting messages or mailboxes, a confirmation dialog will appear.

Bulk actions are grouped into three categories:

Configure
  • Autoresponder: Set an auto-reply message for all selected accounts.
  • E-mail forwarding: Apply one or more forwarding rules for the selected accounts.
  • Quota: Set a storage quota.
  • Webmail Classic: Adjust Webmail Classic settings for all selected accounts.
  • 2FA and Non-Webmail Access (IMAP/POP3/SMTP): Disable or enable POP3/IMAP/SMTP access and/or 2FA for the Webmail applications.
Backup
  • Backup: Create a backup of the selected mailboxes in the Private directory of your account which is accessible through the File Manager or via FTP.
Delete
  • Messages: Delete all emails in the selected mailboxes.
  • Mailboxes: Permanently delete the selected mailboxes.
