"Just want you to know that Sure Support is probably the best Support Desk experience I have EVER had! I bought a new Samsung smartphone yesterday and was having all sorts of trouble setting up my email account. When the first info support provided didn’t get the job done — because it really isn’t their job to know what version of Android Samsung is putting on their phones — they nonetheless very obviously set about researching what screens and options I had to be seeing. Eventually, they nailed the problem and I’m now all set up. Most Support Desks would have given up at the beginning and given me the standard “Contact Your System Administrator” or some equivalent cop-out. Not Sure Support! I was initially drawn to their affordably priced packages but in the subsequent years I have grown to appreciate the reliability of their service and the efficiency, courtesy and professionalism of their support services. There is no call in number for support but the process for opening a ticket is easy and their response has ALWAYS been under 10 minutes. "I have been a customer of ICDSoft/SureSupport for over 10 years. I will be honest... I have used hosting companies like GoDaddy and HostGator and they are awful! The only thing they are good at is marketing their second rate hosting services. They pride themselves on their “phone support” but let me tell you something... It is not good. The online ticketing system that you use is much more efficient and productive than the half rate “phone support” they offer.
On top of that, your hosting is all inclusive. They promote the lowest prices. However, it is “a la carte” and once you factor in how much the “add-ons” cost... It is a rip off! With ICDSoft/SureSupport I know what I am paying for and there are no surprises. Thank you and I will continue to be a loyal customer!

When I am working with sensitive time dated material, I need a response from support within the hour (read minutes), ICDSoft response time is always less than three minutes. Also the responses are always accurate, without double meanings, and with a personal rather than a canned answer that leads to more questions.

"Have been with ICDSoft for a number of years. My website (photoslondon.com) is very basic and does not utilise any flash, php, etc., but for my needs this host does what I require of a host. The site is always there whenever I visit it - not always so with other hosts I have used in the past - and the support when I have occasion to use it, not often it must be said, is scarily quick. As someone who continues to use ICDSoft, I qualify for a discount on my renewal which is a bonus and when money is lacking - nearly always in my case - this is very welcome. "I am very impressed with all the services I have received from ICD. Each time I have a question I get very fast to the point answers, personalized and very detailed. I do not have any experience with server-settings and was worried I would do something wrong, because you can change so many things. I'm writing to tell you what an awesome job I think your tech support team does.
I've been an ICDSoft client for several years, and most of my clients use ICDSoft as well. During this time period, I have had to ask tech support many questions: not because I've had any problem with the hosting but because I needed to know how to do things. Every time, the team has responded to me within 15 minutes, most of the time within 5. I've emailed support during the week, during the weekend, late night; it never made a difference - tech support service has been speedy without fail.
But it's not just the speed of the service that impresses me; it's also the quality of the service. I do believe there is nothing about web hosting and anything even remotely related to web hosting that your team doesn't know. And they often go beyond the call of duty, helping me with things that I suspect they are not legally obligated to. For instance, this last weekend, they edited a WordPress php file to ensure that it would import properly.
And they do all this with a positive attitude - a virtual smile, if you would.
I tell you with no exaggeration, that your tech support team is the best I have ever worked with, bar none, and I have worked with tons of tech support companies over the years. Thank you very much for your splendid service.
